Our model is simple: you pay for the service, not the hardware. When you select a subscription plan, we include the device at no cost ($0.00). There are no upfront equipment fees whether you're deploying 1 device or 100.

How do volume discounts work?

Volume discounts are applied automatically based on the total quantity in your cart — no coupon codes or sales calls needed. Add devices to your cart and adjust the quantity: 5-9 units gets 5% off, 10-24 gets 10% off, 25-49 gets 15% off, 50-99 gets 20% off, and 100+ gets 25% off. The discount applies across all device types.

Can I mix different device types in my fleet?

Absolutely. Many fleets use a mix of OBD trackers for vehicles, wired trackers for heavy equipment, long-term trackers for trailers or containers, and dash cams for driver safety. Volume discounts apply to your total device count across all types.

Why does the dash cam only have an annual plan?

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime with no penalties or fees. If you're on an annual plan and cancel mid-term, service continues until the end of your paid period. We don't do early termination fees.

Can I add or remove devices from my fleet?

Yes, anytime. Unlike enterprise contracts that reset or extend when you add devices, we let you scale up or down freely. Each device is billed independently — add 5 trucks in July, remove 2 in September, no problem. If adding devices pushes you into a higher discount tier, you'll get the better rate on your next order.

Are there any hidden fees?
