Because of changes in the State of New York, we now have to be able to track all of our commercial vehicle miles traveled in the roads of New York and submit them on a monthly basis and pay a fee/tax for these. We are also requested to be able to justify it in case of an audit. The only possible way to do all of this is via GPS. Spytec does everything I need it to from tracking the trucks to letting me know via a report which I can export and keep for the future the number of miles traveled on each state for any possible audit. It is really impressed with the simplicity and all the things available at the same time.
At this point everything is good. Is really accurate. Every 1 minute it gives me the location. I give 5 stars cause is been good and it is the way Spytec promises. O just would like to be live at the moment and not every 1 minute. Then it would he 6/5 stars

I have had mine for a couple of years and love it. Would hate to try and get by without out it. Great product and the customer service is the best.
My child started driving on his own. I informed him of the GPS and showed him how it works. Even call him when he's doing something he shouldn't. The chances of a new driver getting into a crash the first 6 months are extremely high. My son said knowing that he is being monitored helps him be a better driver. He's more aware of his surroundings and actions.

The physical tracker is small, compact, and fits my application well. The power leads could stand to be a bit longer to avoid adding length during installation. The packaging did not include any installation or activation information. I was left with searching for info online. Also, when looking for a phone app, there was no clue that Hapn GPS was associated with Spytec GPS. Once I stumbled onto the spytec website, this became more clear and I could get the Hapn app. After spending an hour or so on the website, the level of tracker detail appears to be adequate. I expect to have a learning curve ahead of me for printing reports and collecting data points, etc. I have not spent time on the Hapn App yet, so my learning curve continues.

The trackers work great. The live movements are exactly what we wanted and the vehicle stats are so helpful to know.
All good except tracker loses connection often and for hours before it regains connection even after trying to remotely reboot, or send a ping to get it going again..neither of those things work..the connection circle keeps spinning and nothing happens...gl300 model???
Took a little to get going but most likely user error
The afternoon after installing the tracker I noticed a low fuel warning light report. When I suggested my driver fill up soon, he told me that he was fine until morning. About 15 minutes later he told me that he was stopping for gas. The telematics capabilities are a great side benefit to the excellent location tracking.

Product works as advertised. Excellent tracking on the device and communication from the company with helpful tips and tricks after initial setup. Easy to use app. The tracker took less than 60 seconds to plug in and show up on my phone on the app. I did have to disconnect my OBD II port and zip tie it behind the dash to hide from would be thieves and keep from hitting our knee on our SUV model. It's a simple fix for now. Until I can order an OBD II splitter to use to hide the tracker behind the dash and still have access to the original OBD port. A link to OBD II splitters would be helpful.

Dry happy with this product so far. The previous ones I’ve had get brittle with age and break at the hinges. I’m hoping these last a little better.
I like how it accurately display the location and give the option to instantly pull up and map the traking device.
It was already activated right out of the box. I didn't like the activation date was on 6.3.26 and I didn't get the tracker until 6.10.26. I paid for a whole week that I didn't have use of. I wish I had the option of 30 second tracing but I'm getting use to the 1 minute. I love the longer battery life so no more once a week charger. Charging is fast and easy with the wireless charger. I also love saving 38.58 every 3 months. I was ready to cancel my service because it was becoming to costly for me.
Not sure why the Atlas Device shows as moving over time, showing 11:12:28 am in history, then stopped at 11:46:12 am. Between that time, it does not calculate the area the car is in.
They have some of the best customer service reps. SPECIALLY HUDA. Their products are spot on and super accurate.
Hardwired is the only way to go! Subscription is well priced, performance mode is faster than most all other competitors, cell communication is consistent and accurate, easy to conceal the device as long as at least one side of the area is non-metal, and you never need to worry about charging the device battery. I give it 5 Stars!
