Are all trackers managed in the same app?
It is the easiest hardwired installation on the market. If you know how to use jumper cables, you can install this tracker. You simply loosen the nuts on your vehicle’s battery terminals, slide the tracker’s two wires (Red and Black) underneath, and tighten them back down. No complex wiring or mechanic required.
Do I need a subscription, and is hardware included?
Yes. All trackers use cellular data with built‑in SIM cards and require an active subscription. The GPS hardware (tracker) is free with any subscription, and all Hapn features are included; there are no extra charges for faster update rates or larger coverage areas.
How fast are location updates?
- Up to 2‑second updates on the OBD vehicle tracker.
- Up to 5‑second updates on the hardwired and Moto trackers.
- 5–60 second options on portable Atlas trackers, plus slower modes (minutes or daily) for maximum battery life.
Will these trackers work where I live or travel?
Yes. All trackers support nationwide US coverage and many international regions, with Super‑SIM technology for US, Canada, Mexico, and more.
