FAQs
Will this work on my motorcycle?
Yes. It works with any motorcycle, scooter, ATV, dirt bike, or snowmobile that has a 12V battery—which is virtually all of them. Brand doesn't matter: Harley, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, BMW, Ducati, Indian, you name it. If it has a battery you can wire to, it'll work.
Is this actually waterproof?
Yes—IP67 rated. It can handle rain, mud, puddles, and pressure washing. Designed for motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATVs, and snowmobiles that see real weather and trail conditions.
Can it handle vibration from my bike?
Yes. It's built specifically for powersports with vibration-resistant construction. Road bikes, off-road bikes, ATVs—all good.
Where do I mount it?
Most riders tuck it under the seat, behind fairings, or in a storage compartment. At 3.3" x 2" x 0.65", it's our slimmest tracker and fits in tight spaces. Mounting adhesive is included.
How do I install it?
Connect the red wire to constant 12V power and black to ground. On most motorcycles, you can tap into the battery terminals directly—loosen the nuts, slide the wires under, tighten back down. Takes about 15 minutes.
Will it drain my motorcycle battery?
No. It draws minimal current and won't drain a healthy battery. That said, if your bike sits for months in winter storage, you may want to use a battery tender (which you probably already do).
How fast are location updates?
Up to 5-second updates—plenty fast for real-time tracking whether you're on the road or trail.
Will I get an alert if someone tries to steal my bike?
Yes. You can set up ignition alerts, movement alerts, and geofence boundaries. If someone starts your bike or moves it out of your garage at 3am, you'll know immediately.
Does this work for ATVs, snowmobiles, or jet skis?
Yes to ATVs and snowmobiles. For jet skis or boats, it can work but the waterproofing is rated for submersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes—fine for spray and rain, but not for going underwater if the watercraft capsizes.
