Payment Methods:
Our Telephone Sales Staff is available to place your orders and to answer any questions you may have about our products. Please call our Toll-Free Number: 1-877-212-7400 to place any order over the phone.
Our Phone Staff's hours of operations are Monday through Friday from 9:00AM - 6:00PM, Eastern Time.
For online orders: we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept checks and money orders. Mail your check or money order along with a detailed letter listing the items you would like and the shipping destination.
Orders received by mail must be accompanied by Bank or Postal Money Order. We may delay shipping until such funds clear. Spytec GPS Inc. also accepts bank wire transfers and Western Union payments. Spy Tec International Inc. will be happy to email bank transfer and Western Union instructions. All payments must be made in U.S. currency.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. In case the product you selected is on backorder, you will receive immediate notification and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute the back-ordered item for another item or cancel the order.
Shipping and Handling:
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $49.00 within the United States. We do offer shipping for Next Day and 2 Day Air. Orders for must be placed by 4pm EST for Next Day shipping.
Next Day Saturday Delivery must be placed before 3:00pm EST Friday. For expedited shipping rates please proceed to our shopping cart where you can submit your Name and Address for an instant shipping quote on 3-Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
Please note that delivery time is subject to the ability of our couriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to fulfill their delivery schedule. Spytec GPS is not liable for packages that weren't delivered on time because of mishaps or unavoidable delays by our couriers.
Shipping & Customs Fees for International Customers: When ordering, the recipient agrees to become the importer of record and is obligated to comply with all US and foreign laws and regulations required for the country of import.
All orders shipped internationally can be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country. As the importer of any goods, the importer is required to pay any duties, taxes, fees or expenses of the import. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the importer and Spytec GPS is not liable for or assuming any responsibility to these fees. Note these fees may not be included in any final total as these fees are accessed by the third-party and are not known to Spytec GPS.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Note: Some countries require identification or declaration from the importer. The importer is responsible for providing all necessary documentation to the appropriate authorities.
A limited product warranty is included free for all of our items. If the Warranty Length is not listed on any product page, please call for the information.
